True and timely information must correspond to the surrounding circumstances or it is not a healthy growth. If a survey is conducted by non-partial agency, there will be many judges across the country who pass judgements under the influence of corrupt politicians like reservations and their own children study abroad away from hassles/problems of admission in Indian Universities. Can a honest judge really afford costly education for his children abroad ? Had judiciary/courts be transparent like parliament proceedings, it would have been a healthy trend towards healthy democracy. We all know how our parliamentarians behaves in public but what do we know about behaviour of judges towards common citizens in secured court rooms without cameras ? Definitely corrupt judges have unaccountable wealth, which may put our former President Kalam or present Prime Minister Manmohan Singh nowhere. The response is like Holy Saint with Power, Fame and Luxurious comforts preaching simplicity to its followers. In a democratic setup, free flow of information invested in the promotion of RTI gives a tenfold return to the people even as a seed sown in good soil returns a luxuriant crop.
