Gist below :- Under the circumstances SDM Hauz Khas and Tehsildar Hauz Khas, both having had the opportunity to be heard by us, are jointly liable for a penalty of Rs. 25,000/-, with Rs 10,000/- being payable by SDM and the balance of Rs. 15,000/- by Shri Saini, Tehsildar, Hauz Khas. Shri Rajiv Kale, Dy. Commissioner (South) is directed to begin recovery of the assigned penalty from each of the officers beginning 3rd June, 2008 @ Rs 5,000/- per month. He will remit the same to Pay & Accounts Officer, Central Administrative Tribunal, C-1, Hutments, Dalhousie Road, New Delhi-110011 under intimation to Shri Pankaj Shreyaskar, Deputy Secretary and Joint Registrar of this Commission.
