Dear Sir,
Despite repeated e-mails (copy appended hereunder) for changing the Court of
hearing, the case is still listed (item no.7) to be heared on 20-06-08 in the
Court of Sh. P.K. Verma.
It appears no one care to listen in the Punjab State Information Commission.
So, through this e-mail, all of you in media. government, NGO, social groups
are requested to take up the matter in appropriate forum.
I need help from all of you for this social cause of wider public interest.

Hon'ble Chief Commissoner,
Refer to case no. 855 of 2008 fixed for 20-06-2008 in the Court of Sh. P.K.
verma on my complaint against VC, Punjabi University for not accepting IPO as
per his office notification no. 696/RTI Cell dated 31-08-07.
I wish to inform you that I have filed (in feb 2008) a Petition u/s 17 of RTI
act before Hon'ble Governor of Punjab to remove Mr. P. K. Verma on various
grounds.
This case may get affected due to the pending proceedings between the
Complainant and Commissioner.
Mr. P.K. Verma may act revengefully.
The present case is in the wider Public Interest and need to be attended
properly.
So, you are requested to change the court of hearing for CC855/2008 from the
court of Sh. P.K. verma to any other court of commission.
You are also requested to stay all proceedings till the decision on this
application.

Dear Sir,
You kind attention is drawn, through this COMPLAINT, that Punjabi University
Patiala DO NOT accept the I.P.O. (India Postal Order) as application fee.
The notification no. 696/RTI Cell dated 31-08-07 of Punjabi University, Patiala
saying that "ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਓ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ" .
It appears that Punjabi University adminstration thinks that they are ABOVE the
Law.
Please intiate the appropriate proceedings against the officials of Punjabi
University to get the RTI implimented in right way.
