Greetings, Here is a topsy turvy story and a CIC decision concerning DoP&T. This is a case of three seperate appeals file by Shri Arvind Kejariwal against the Dept of Personnal and Traning, New Delhi with referece to his original RTI Application dated 17th November, 2005, when RTI was still in its infancy. CIC had already taken one decision which the appellant had challenged in HC, which the latter sent it back to CIC with the direction that the matter be taken up again by the CIC.
