Appeal to all Indians
I am M L Kajodia, a primary teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya Dewas (M.
P.).
I asked Information in Right To Information (RTI) from my department
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan.
This was my first and only one crime.
They have not given information. I apeal for not giving information
then the process of victimisation started.
There was no complain against me regarding my work and duties as a
teacher in last 25 year of my service before filing application in
RTI. Even the present principal had no problem in last 2.5 year with
my working. Suddenly when Information Commissioner gave order in my
favour, under pressure and guidance of higher officers, she followed
me and observed my class 4 times in 8 days, while earlier in last 2.5
year she never came to my class. She gave a memo to me with false
allegation (like ¡§you are time to time being seen in in secondary
section¡¨ Note{Library, office, principal office, Teacher¡¦s toilet,
drinking water and all basic facilities are in secondary section
only.)
I have complained to Assistant Comissioner Kendriya Vidyalaya Bhopal
Region with documentary proof regarding irregularities in purchasing
books, furniture and computer. No one had ask me or verified about my
complain and in reply/justice the AC charged sheeted me for filing
false complains. I tried to save money of Public but in return I the
complainant got penalty for exposing all these without any inquiry.
They said that "If he will remain in service than he will demand the
information". They have done it now.
Now they removed me from service by giving termination order.
See the report of DD news. Even then no officers of Kendriya
Vidyalaya or Government want to know that what is truth in my case.
I wnat compelete inquiry in these matter and support from all of you.
