Application to the Governor of removal of the Information Commissioner under Section 17 (3) d This section states "The Governor may order removal from the office of the State Information Commissioner, if he (Governor) is of the opinion, that he is unfit to continue in office by reason of infirmity of mind or body." His order in the appeal below, clearly proves that. Rajkumar Basantani fled from India, after committing a fraud of Rs 1000 crs. All Sr Police officials, judges & Politicians were in contact with him on his mobile 98200 60781 ... I made a complaint to DGP (see attachment). Inquiry was conducted ... Filed RTI asking for Inquiry report ... Was denied ... Filed 1st appeal ... They were ordered to give Inquiry report ... What they gave was a 6 page bogus document ... Filed 2nd appeal in November 06. It came up before Information Commissioner Suresh Joshi on 8th & 10th April 08 ... At hearing he was asking them intelligent Qs .. like ... Show me in the 6 pages one line that says "complaint dt 4th May 06" or "Mobile No 98200 60781" ... Thus he displayed good intelligence, while hearing the appeal on 10th April 08 ... But then he has passed an order, pretending to be a idiot. The Rogue Information commissioner has then passed the order .... "See no reason to change the order of the 1st appellate Authority." The Writ petition 1246 /08 that was filed in the HC, 0n 7th July 08 it came up, Court required Information Commissioner, to pass order in 4 weeks ... So order received today by post dt. 14/5/2008.
