Dear members I have asked the teshaldars office at Andheri mumbai under RTI for certain documents relating to a property file, the reply i got was that they are searching for the document and when they find it they will inform me, what do i do now, as withen 30 days i have to file 1st appeal and what wordings do i use in ist appeal under grounds for appeal
