Going by the recent decisions issued by IC Padma, recently uploaded on the CIC site, give a strong indication that the Public Authority is not afraid of her. In a majority of the cases, the respondent Public Authorities did not respond to the commissions orders for para wise comments. Later they did not attend hearing. In some cases even the second penalty hearing went unattended by the respondents. Some of the decisions are listed below:-
