If you compose your reply email online after logging into Yahoo, you will notice a drop down arrow at the end of the "To:" box. This would have given you the option to reply to Mr. Hirjee. Non-Yahoo-ites have to use cut-and-paste methods in their email client.
In passing I may mention that the standards of netiquette and posting quality expected here are somewhat higher than other RTI groups. This is for everyone's benefit. Incidentally, we reject 2 out of every 3 applications for group membership, so please value your admittance into this group.
