Its very strange how people change their colours in and out of office - like a recently appointed Central IC's position on "file notings". Incidentally the Transparency India website "may harm your computer" as per google. BTW, as per my knowledge of SC, its a total waste of time sending unsolicited suggestions to CJI considering that even Law Commission reports are ignored. Its usually an ego trip on the part of the writer to inform those around him, "I have written about this to the Chief Justice".
