Dear Members An email is being sent to various RTI groups, including ours, appealing for funds to be sent to Mr Malay Bhattacharya's Bank account for promoting RTI.
I have just received another email from Malay, wanting to know "what is going on" and how his Bank account details are being circulated by some lady based in Dubai and that he "has no idea" of this. KINDLY EXERCISE DUE CAUTION AND CONTACT MALAY DIRECTLY. SARBAJIT
