We are all bound by a fellowship against tyranny of Public Authorities, malice by Information Commissions, and disinformation by a few Mir Jafar RTI activists (whose tribe is ever increasing). The essential point here is that [RTI_india] group is a discussion platform. The only True documents here are the RTI Act and its Rules. Understanding these documents is not easy, and each and every one of us is wrong and open to error here. It is only our collective, democratic knowledge that shall enable us to fight on an equal footing with our adversaries. What goes on here (at our group) is actual real world training. I symbolise the rude, arrogant, ignorant and petty PIOs, FAAs and ICs you will be dealing with in the real world when you go to file RTIs. If you (or Krishna) can get past me, you will stand a much better chance of survival - especially when it comes to controlling and subdueing your emotions when the battle is on.
