I am please to hear a PRAVACHAN from a most learned person, who does not know what the issue is. Probably he might have not heard about FREE SERVICE connection to BSNL employees with a limit of 1500 calls per month and these BSNL officer has made more than thousands of call per month without paying even a single paise.
