Dear Rajnesh,
I think u have made your RTI application more complexed by asking so many
questions in one application.
If PIO haven't replied to any of yours earlier applications, you should file
appeal with Appellant authority(AA) and if he (AA) doesnt reply than my advice
is that you should approach Information commissioner, New Delhi rather than
President.
