At RTI_India we speak well of the departed. So I would like to add on this.
IC(PB)'s CPIOs (for eg. in the Banking sector) were so well drilled in RTI Act that the need for penalty against them never arose. IC(PB) was so sensitive to the needs of appellants that she would arrange to hear them (even if there was only 1) while attending her functions in Southern India. Her sterling example has inspired her co-ICs and even Mr.H. can now openly visit his hometown Lucknow to attend "National" RTI Conventions organised by Congress social workers.
