Dear Rejimon

As a Dwarka resident myself, I would sincerely request you
to stop wasting your time with these kinds of frivolous
RTIs and to do something productive instead. Learn from
what IC(T) has repeatedly instructed you in the
decisions cited below. You are disgracing genuine
RTI users by your applications.

http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Orders/AT-16072008-06.pdf
http://cic.gov.in/CIC-Orders/AT-03122008-09.pdf

I shall not embarass you by repeating IC(T)'s
words - which I 100% agree with.

The essential of RTI is not to ask questions but to ask for
existing material such as documents. RTI does not make
a citizen into an MP. MPs ask questions, citizens ask for
information - there is a very significant difference
between these 2 options which you have not grasped.

PS: We shall very shortly have a new Information Technology
Act 2005, which makes sending unsolicited emails to
hundreds of people an offence. Till then Enjoy.
