In a welcome development IC M.L.Sharma is encouraging the public authorities to implead themselves as 3rd parties before their PIOs to oppose information disclosure.

We are also glad to observe that IC(Sharma) is the most hardworking of all ICs (see the latest "Recent CIC decisions" on CIC website). He has left IC(SG) far behind and even IC(A) - the hot favourite of last year - is struggling to match IC(MLS)'s current scorching pace. The less said about the other old, (re)tired donkeys / workhorses of CIC the better. teh lethargic output from our Lady ICs continues, the sole representative of that sex - IC(AD)'s output is pathetic, probably the long / tiring drive from Gurgaon to Delhi and back has something to do with it.
