Hardly any FAA decisions of CIC are being posted to the CIC website. In fact I am awaiting the order in a case of 'Ravinder Balwani versus CPIO/CIC' whose hearing was held on 7.01.2009 where I represented Mr. Balwani. Mr Khan's order was dictated in our presence but it seems someone (penalty mafia) has developed cold feet on allowing its reforms in CIC's secretarial practice to be implemented.
