Dear Sarabjit could you elobrate/ advise the mechanism involving filing a PCA complain against Secy/CIC as you are aware i have a similar problem, filed complain u/s18 to SIC for non compliance of SIC orders by PIO 3 years is a long wait by which time the SIC may be changed/retired/or transferred to some other department.Justice delayed is justice denied L.Almeida Dear Bharti
