Dear All, If we Go through Sec 18 of the Act , The Flow chart has another way also Perhaphs Mr Abhi will look into it . In Certain Circumstances there is no need to go to the FAA , Hence the RTI application will not Flow but jump also

He has passed his decision whether it is to your satisfaction or not - File a First Appeal with the First Appellant Authority.
