The silence from the CIC is deafening. 1) Will Mr Habibullah kindly clarify to our little group why not a single decision of IC(MLS) since sometime in Feb 2009 has been published on the CIC website which is otherwise littered with IC(SG)'s decisions.
2) Will Mr Habibullah explain why the 7(3) full bench order is not pronounced. If he needs my assistance in drafting it I am always ready to oblige as always. 3) Will Mr Habibullah explain why he has failed to pronounce his decision on issuance (or not) of penalty against Sub-Inspector Narinder Singh of Delhi Police despite the passage of over 5 months. I hope Mr Habibullah understands that the members of this group evidently resent his fiddling in J+K (which has its own RTI Act) while India "burns". Sarbajit
