Hi IC(MLS) is NOT my favourite IC, and neither is IC(AD). My favourite IC *WAS* IC(PB). Unforunately nobody has reached her level as yet -although IC(ANT) is a very close second.
Now that IC(MLS)'s decisions are online (somebody on high blue yonder obviously reads this group) I can state that his decsions are very often riddled with factual and other errors (I intend to complain to the CVC's vigilance department about these myself), bBut what does come through from his orders is his painstaking efforts to try and understand what the contending parties are seeking and/or denying. Review has not been withdrawn. A CIC single bench order does not become final till it is confirmed by a double bench, and every aggrieved appellant has the right to a "3rd Appeal" to such bench. Insofar as IC(AD)'s so-called order is concerned. It was obviously not drafted by her, and is a CAUTION not to "closely associate" herself with the corrupt NGOs (which got her and IC-SG appointed) so publicly.
