Dear Mr. Vaghela I am astonished to receive this mail where serious allegations are being made on the net about a senior officer and even his brother-in-law is being dragged in as if by correlation the brother-in-law has also done something wrong.
I would like to see what evidence you have and how the conclusions have been arrived at. Has there been any complaint or police investigation; if not, why not? We should have a screening committee to examine such issues before they are widely circulated through the net, else anyone will be able to spread falsehood through the medium of a communication channel designed for issues connected with RTI.
