Dear All My informants were correct. the 7(3) mattter has been listed for 8.June.2009 at 4:30 PM before a full bench. As predicted about 16 affected PSUs have been joined to this matter to file written submissions. Some of these include GAIL, BPCL, IOC, MTNL, GIC, MMTC, ONGC, NTPC, STC, SAIL etc.
