Technically it should be a Division Bench. Most people (including some IC's), at the CIC, need a course on RTI. RTIwanted
In a curious case, http://cic.gov. in/CIC-Orders/ FB-10022009- 01.pdf the
CIC website classifies this decision (from only 2 ICs - IC(AD) and C'IC) as a
FULL BENCH decision.
Will someone please clarify what this means ?.
