Upon receipt of a suitable complaint u/s 18 the CIC is required to conduct an "inquiry". However, uptil now the 2 "enquiry" officers - Mr Singhi and Mr Shreyaskar have been conducting "enquiries" and letting the offending PIOs of the hook.
