After a strong complaint by Venkatesh Nayak of CHRI to CIC's registry where he had impugned IC(SG)'s selection to this full bench in place of IC(SM), I find that not only has Venkatesh's name been dropped from the list of parties but so has mine. I hope that the Hon'ble C'IC Mr Habibullah will explain this bizarre action and especially why Mr Shailesh Gandhi is unable to face the 2 of us in an open hearing on such an important issue. In fact of anyone has to be dropped from this case it should be IC(SG) because:- 1) He was the convenior of NCPRI at the time Mr Nayak was member of their working committee. 2) He is quite ineligible for the post of IC. 3) He has already expressed his viewes (in a CIC decision) on 7(3) - as has IC(A), so this is quite clearly a biased bench in favour of the 7(3) proposition. A balanced bench would have include IC(AT) and IC(SM) who have expressed their views on the subject. 4) The only reason IC(SG) was selected as an IC is because he was bought off for not pursuing his PMO PMNRF RTI. 5) Because IC(SG) (as Mr Habibullah well knows by now) was (and perhaps still is) is a tout for various land mafia vested interests operating in the country, and I am sure that within a few days Mr Habibullah will give him even more land related ministries to supervise in RTI. (such are the compulsions of retaining that white car with laal batti) I could go on, but these are enough for now. Sarbajit
