This all happened because of some NGO's giving undue importance to Suresh Joshi for ulterior motives,shame on them as well. its also for BCS of wadala to take note of same

Please do write those representations to the Governor, Chief Minister etc. It is extremely important for the voice of people to be heard. We were released yesterday evening at around 6.30 pm on personal surity of Rs 20,000 each. Those 48 hours spent at Marine Drive Police Station, Azad Maidan Police custody, Metropolitan Magistrate Court and Arthur Road prison in the midst of hundreds of prisoners and undertrials have been a very educative and enjoyable experience. I want to thank and bless Dr Suresh Joshi for all that; It is necessary for activists like us to undergo such experiences to know the inside story of the harassment of thousands of citizens everyday. Some of us have decided to file a number of 48 hour RTI applications to throw some light on the mindless and arbitrary functioning of police stations and courts which jeopardizes people's life and liberty.There is blatant abuse of discretionary power at all levels. As you correctly note, Dr Joshi's wild allegations against us (rioting, intent to assault etc.) are a desperate effort to terrorize and cow down protesting citizens into silence. We shall not let that happen. His criminal charges that have great nuisance value, as we have been ordered to report to Marine Drive Police Station every single day till June 30. (That includes two senior citizens aged 67 and 75.) I am told that Dr Joshi has also instructed the duty officers that the 10 of us must not be allowed entry into his office -- effectively stonewalling us from observing his hearings and making direct representations.
