That was a special case sarabjit Ji, but it is a daily scene at CIC that infoirmation commissioners like M.M. Ansari always comes 1 hr late to the time they have given to the first case of the day and after coming to the office they starts sipping tea in their AC cabins, making peple wait in Roon no, 314 which is not enough to accomodate even one fourth the people waiting. There is not method of complaint/feedback at CIC. I have always faced this problem at CIC. On special requests of respondents they can reschedule the hearing sequence but on applicant's request i have never seen such adjustment.
