This is indeed high handed "goondaism" behaviour of KIC. Can KIC do the same with Thackery in Maharashtra who has spit poisonous venom of hatred among citizens and shown disrespect to national language. National Language "Hindi" is subject of pride and honour for true Indians. France is almost adjacent to UK but still citizens of France have carried on French legacy.
Can KIC ask Maoist on rampage in Lalgarh to vacate Lalgarh in West Bengal ? Have the information Commissioner forgotten that they also come from same land and same society to which information seeker belongs to ? Mr. Nagesh may not be happy with working of KIC but that does not mean he be thrown out physically. What does KIC employees including information Commissioner think of themselves ? Are they above law ? Are they noble laureates ? If they have real guts then they should throw out corruption, they should throw out terrorists, they should throw out corrupt PIO and Appellate Authorities ! And this is something neither KIC or CIC can do ? Rather they join hands with corrupt PIO's or concerned people hiding information who are no less than terrorists armed with weapons of abuse of powers dominated with laziness. All verbal abuse of KIC employees alongwith Information Commissioner who have appointed such super intelligent extra ordinary highly talented people should be highlighted in bold letters and be honoured publicly. Now it seems before heading to any information commission, it will be better to inform nearest police station, nearest Human Rights organization and nearest hospital and trauma centers equipped with emergency ambulance services for rescuing information seekers. If this is civilized world than this should be right approach or else one should seek help from armed naxalite or dreaded dacoits like late Verappan or Underworld Pirates who have every power & means to summon government officials at any hour at his/her disposal. In such a case, one may not need to file neither appeal or complaint and there will be instant judgement as happens in places where there is no law and order. S. K.
