IC(SG)'s office has accepted considerable (and illegal) consideration for letting the PA off the hook for query no.11 therein. The query reads as follows:- "11) Details about the traders in Delhi booked for violation selling the imported products without cash memo/bill/invoice from 01.04.2005 to 16.01.2009." FAA reply "Point 11. The APIO (Enft. Branch) informed that the information was not available in this particular format. Since no compilation of information in this regard was already available in the department, the information sought by the Appellant was not covered u/s 2(f) of the RTI Act, 2005." Appellants challenge: "Grounds for Second Appeal: Non-receipt of desired information." IC(SG): NO DECISION !!!!
