Why are we dignifying these CIA sponsored awards with discussion on this group? I think it is sufficiently in the public domain that prize monies involved in this scheme are sourced from various Magsaysay (ie. CIA or other USINT) funds to foment Maoism in India.
PS: they cannot use the word "National" to describe their awards.
