Recently Somerville school also had same problem with several meritorious students and its Principal had approached CBSE. All students who had either failed or scored low marks in English had in fact good academic records. And soon the problem was rectified. The management of CBSE is similar to that of our Vidhan Sabhas where respected MLA's fight with abusive language, vulgar remarks, pitched battle with mikes and chairs against rivals.
No doubt its a question of career for genuine student and CIC should look into this aspect very well. Years back they made blunder in which male student was shown as female. When I took the matter with them, they accepted the facts but in examination same problem reappeared even after rectification. Regards S. K.
