Specifically ask the copy of the rules and regulations that they have follow for disposing various applications for passport. Ask the name and designation of the officer/s responsible for this delay. and also what is the monitoring system at their end to ensure that citizen ge passport in time. Do not forget to pay application fee fo Rs.10 in cash. or find out on whose name the DD or postal order to be drawn. and send your application. The simplest format is as follows.
