To My understanding Elections in Karnataka Was held on 23 & 30th April 2009 . Most of the PIOs in the Guise of Electrol Roll Revision, Election Training etc etc started avoiding Giving Information . This is because of a Lesson Learnt by them In the previous assembly Election of that Whenever PIO Said He was on Election work /Duty without even verifinging his Statement and ordering him to file the Requistion or Mustering Sheet for Election work KIC condoned the Delay . They ate Salt then and to see that it does not affect they have to drink water (old Kannada Saying)
