Dear All, The Commissioner like Mr. Sharma has passed such orders is really surprising.Mr.Sharma's honesty was viewed as doubtfull. However it is a good sign for RTI as well as for the actual freedum.After only all transparency can briing actual freedom. N.N.Kalia.
