1) Don't feel the need to undercut anyone. In any case, as you know, I have never (as in never ever ever) charged anyone even a single naye paise to assist them in their CIC appeals/ complaints. (Aloo parathas and chai from the stalls outside August Kranti Bhawan dont count) 2) Seriously though, if Mr Shekhar Singh is charging Rs 10,000 from his "friends" to assist them in RTI (we can only speculate what he would charge from total strangers), why would anyone come to me or any other group member for FREE OF COST assistance? It certainly cant be "competence" - so it must be something else !!!!
