A few Auto drivers and a group of Auto rickshaw Drivers Union Led By Mohamed
samiulla , have used RTI effectively to expose A Great racket of RTO and
Traffic police and certain State govt Development Corporations (Minorirty ,
BC, SC&ST Dev,Ambedkar , DevrajUrs) Financing Banks and Unscruploua officials
In this racket .
Md Samiulla and his group Preffered Several RTI Requests and Got information
that Govt Permitted Auto Permits are allowed to lapse By this Nexus and
subsequently are transfered To other RTO offices as renewed and Sold virtually
at exorbitant rates to New Persons , thereby Denying the guinue Beneficiaries
,Indiranagar RTO sold 100 such Pertmits whereas Jayangar Sold 51 Such Permits .
Md samiulla States that in one year more than 2300 permits were Sold by
depriving real needy Beneficiaries .
