Allotment of Unique Identity Card ( UIC) Number would no doubt empower Citizens in enforcing their Fundamental Right. It may be noted that Indian Citizens residing / travelling abroad or residing in another state suffer a lot in exercising their Fundamental Right due to present payment mechanism for Govt Treasury / Local Authorities.This is Specifically evidenced & brought to our notice for seeking justice through Right To Information Act. We the Citizens of India demand to include a Built In Mechanism in the Card ( UIC) so any Citizen holding this card should be able to pay any Govt / Local Authorities' Fees in Treasury from any place in the world.
