My only concern is that the CIC allowed a poor helpless unrepresented senior citizen like Mr Choraria to be savaged by a pack of senior advocates (legal practitioners) on the other side. Rather like throwing Christians to the lions in the Collosseum. This is in also gross violation of the notified Rules and it is high time that the CIC gets an independent CVO.
