1)On 24.7.09, Gen Admn Dept, Govt Of Maharashtra has issued Circular to
publish section 4 provisions upto 31.8.09. In case there is any complaint in
this regard from citizens strict action will be taken against Chief of
Concened office & entry would be made in his/her confidential report.
Collectors are also required to see that Section 4 compliances are met in all
offices under his jurisdiction.Also last week of August is specifically
recerved for Section 4 Compliance.

2) Pune Mun Corpration has issued Circular mandating all Head Of Depts ( HoDs)
to put their name on each updates on web site alongwith date . Also Hods are
required to certify that infn is correct.

3) Pune Mun Corpn has issued Circular directing Class 1,2, 3 officers to file
Prty Details in sealed envelope. Commissioner & Addln Commissioner may open
said envelopes.
