"Cross posting" is discouraged and we do not approve of random mails like the one below. Also to the best of our knowledge, Niraj, Manish, Arvind etc (and most other "coordinators of ABC) are not members of THIS group - and in fact have repeatedly unsubscribed themselves from THIS group since they know well that at THIS group we only permit "pure" RTI discussions and information exchange unsullied by other aspects like Bribery /Corruption etc. We are also concerned that this group is turning into an "individual advice" centre and to "promote" agendas of certain groups. To strongly discourage the kind of random / motivated emails being posted to the group recently AND to encourage better participation from our knowledgeable but hitherto silent members we (I and my Co-Mod) are reluctantly implementing the following steps 1) Members who post irrelevant matter (without highlighting it as "OT" or "Off Topic" etc.) to group resources shall be unsubscribed without warning. 2) Similarly those who duplicate matter from other RTI groups here or CrossPost unnecessarily shall be unsubscribed. 3) At any time, we shall only allow 3 active debates/discussions to be open on this group for complete / threadbare analysis. It is expected that the debate/discussion maintained shall be intense and of a very high standard as befits this group. Every such active debate shall ordinarily be open for 1 week and shall be concluded by a Moderator.
