My dear friends in India: I have gained some experience in FoI issues in many countries (also in India) via my employment and travels. My Indian experience led me to understand that for many Indians R.T.I is their spiritual quest for **TRUTH**. Many get disabused by the TRUTH they accumulate and get convinced that R.T.I/FoI is all **LIES**
