If its any consolation to Mr Agrawal, NDTV & Co have decided to shortlist him (1 of 10) for their dubious "National RTI Award" instead. But why has Mr Habibullah shielded Mr Agrawal's privacy (and from search engines) by referring to him as "S C Agrawal" instead of by his full name?
