it is very astonishing that above bill had been passed to show other countries that we are fully aware of the education system and its herdles been created by lawyers or politicians but with no infrastures and not providing quality education and no chance to get it till 2020 as their is no will at all in the mind of politicians but want to save their own faces and looting our votes in the name of changes the face and getting money in the name of education they had already imposed .2 percent cess and having millions of rupees in that account but in delhi itself children are learning in tent rooms in east delhi and rather they assure people that they will not fail any of them untill 8th class so giving certificate of 8th class who does not read the 5th class book and not able to write a simple application how does they claim literacy to all is this the dream of modern india
