At this stage, I maintain that all these debates and messages of solidarity are meaningless . First of all we have to understand that Mr Raghu's liberty is in danger , and it has to be ensured that he is not arrested . For this to happen, a petition u/s 482 read with Art 226 of the Constitution of India needs to be filed by a seasoned lawyer at the Bangalore High Court urgently . I have a feeling that the FIR may be quashed in its entirety not being maintainable . At the same time, as some of us have access to reliable legal opinion, as pointed out by Mr Moh Afzal, it would be worthwhile having copies of RTI application/PIO response, if any and copy of FIR (in English) so as to enable us to understand the problem in the right perspective .
