Dear Mr Khattar

The problem (positive point) is that nobody on this (or any other) RTI group is
interested in knowing about YOUR problem. Everybody is only interested in
publicising their own problem.

YOUR problem is that you want CIC to publish the CIC's Enquiry Report of Mr
Tarun Kumar on CIC website.

HABIBULLAH's problem is that he wants this inconvenient Enquiry Report to be
buried / destroyed.

MY problem (as Group Moderator) is that I cannot keep teaching people everyday
to READ the BLOODY RTI Act. The F***ing CIC is a creature of the RTI Act, is a
Public Authority, and hence must act within the 4 corners of its Act.

"4(1)Every public authority shall—
(a) maintain all its records duly catalogued and indexed in a manner and the
form which facilitates the right to information under this Act and ensure that
all records that are appropriate to be computerised are, within a reasonable
time and subject to availability of resources, computerised and connected
through a network all over the country on different systems so that access to
such records is facilitated;"

IF the Enquiry Report was generated as a computer record at CIC THEN CIC (as a
public authority) is duty bound to facilitate access to this already
computerised record "all over the country on different systems" as done in the
case of so many other CIC Enquiry Reports generated by Pankaj Shreyaskar.

GET CRACKING - self help is best help.
