Dear Friends
The fact is that CIC is not taking any action for compliance of order dated
27.12.2007. No action is taken on enquiry u/s 18 of RTI act against DCP S-W
/PIO SW knowing that several false statements had been made by DCP SW and DCP
Legal. Chief Information Commissioner CIC is well aware of fact the destruction
of record when the case is still pending before court of law as well before
CIC. CIC is even not interested to place its own enquiry report on its website.
CIC had gone to extent to review its own order and taking facts brought after
decision taken on 27.12.2007 by Chief Information Commissioner, CIC. No
information had been provided till date on my RTI application by DCP SW on
order of CIC. no action on my letter, NO action on my letters on Non-
Compliance till date by CIC.
CAN CIC REVIEW ITS OWN ORDER.

I hare with attach reply (scanned copy ) of PIO Tis Hazari Courts which
states that the record are still with Delhi Police . DCP SW & DCP Legal made
false Statement on 27.12.2007 before CIC that record are consinged to record
room.The said statment is part of you order in case no CIC WB/A//2007/000597
I humbly request that inquiry report u/s 18 of Sh Tarun Kumar in above said
case may be made pubic by hosting /uploading the said enquiry on CIC Website.
