Mr Vihar, As I learnt the hard way.....please do not rely on the figures given by the PIO of CIC. In a similar application in Sep 2008, I was given a set of figures. A few days later, in reply to another RTI application a totally different set of figures were provided for the same time period. A month later, the Hon'ble Minister for DoPT gave a third set of figures to Parliament ! None of my communications to CIC WH or the Minister DoPT were ever responded to. RTIwanted
