Find herewith CPIO, Home Dept, New Delhi refusing the property details of IPS
officers, names of
defaulting IPS officers . Informed me to approach Mah Govt Home Dept. Mah Govt
Home Dept despite repeated RTI do not reply to RTI Appln dtd 11.6.09 , 1st
Appl dtd6.8.09 & possibility of 2nd Appl filed on 14.9.09 is remote as Mah
SIC adjourned scheduled hearing on & made scapegoat City Engineer, Mumbai
Corpn.
It may be noted that 2nd Appl about MCGM officer’s property declaration was
scheduled on 15.6.2009, and I was informed by Infn Commissioner as matter about
property declaration is sub judice , he would not take any stand on whether I
should be given Prty Decln of City Engr of MCGM & hence I was not allowed to
put forth my arguments. Shri Kale ( City Engr) has objected to furnish me his
prty decln.
I had sought for CERTIFIED COPIES from Mah SIC and got the copies & seeking
again the letter dtd. 5.9.2008( mentioned by IC RT in his order 28.7.09 ) .
